Orange Facility offers a variety of services and products to help our customers complete their road projects from start to finish.  We are a certified construction and demolition debris recycling facility, allowing our customers to comply with the 2016 CALGreen Building Standards Code and the County of Orange Construction Waste Reduction, Disposal and Recycling requirements.  We take various construction debris including broken concrete, asphalt, grindings, road base and mixed loads.  100% of material brought into our Orange facility is processed through our state of the art recycling plant and repurposed as Crushed Miscellaneous Base (CMB), Class II Aggregate Base, Recycled Fill Sand, and Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP). 

The Orange facility is home to our Astec Double Barrell Green asphalt plant with 9 storage silos allowing us a storage capacity of 2,400 tons and an hourly throughput of up to 500 TPH.  Our Asphalt plant provides a variety of asphalt products including conventional asphalt mixtures, warm mix asphalt, rubberized hot mix asphalt and polymer modified asphalt.  We also offer a temporary asphalt utilizing a SC800 Cold Mix, emulsified asphalt oil SS-1H to aid with patch work and various natural aggregates ranging from 3/4″ to 1/4”- and natural sands. 

INTERESTING FACTS:

In 2015, the Orange Asphalt plant sets a new company record producing over 1,000,000 tons of Asphalt in a single year.

We recently upgraded our Corona Facility with a Astec Double Barrell Green asphalt plant with 6 silos allowing us a storage capacity of 1800 tons and an hourly throughput of up to 500 TPH.  The Corona Facility at times allows for small amounts of broken asphalt and grindings to be dumped and processed into RAP, please call in advance to find out if we are accepting asphalt material for recycling.

INTERESTING FACTS:

 

In 2013, the Corona Plant reaches its highest annual production to date, by producing over 400,000 tons of asphalt in a single year as a batch plant.
